Naturopathic medicine offers a unique approach to health care that blends modern science with traditional healing practices. It’s rooted in both evidence-based and time-tested methods to support the body’s natural ability to heal.
Unlike conventional care that often focuses solely on symptom management, naturopathic medicine is patient-centred and holistic. It looks at the whole person, considering physical, mental, emotional and environmental factors to uncover the root cause of symptoms, conditions or injuries.
With an emphasis on lifestyle medicine, clinical nutrition and regenerative therapies, naturopathy empowers patients to take an active role in their healing journey and long-term wellness.

Dr. Ahlan has a background in biochemistry and completed his Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. After graduating, he was awarded the Naturopathic Honour for his contributions to his classmates and school. His former leadership roles include Canadian Director for the Naturopathic Academy of Therapeutic Injection (NATI), advisor to the Academic Consortium for Integrative Medicine & Health and serving on the Competence Committee for the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta. Driven by his commitment to integrative care, he previously helped establish a Health Group, uniting diverse medical professionals to enhance patient outcomes and well-being.
At his core, he believes in the power of community, connection and movement. His greatest reward is helping patients unlock their potential and live life to the fullest.
Beyond the clinic, you’ll find him connecting with others through mentorship, outdoor adventures or family time in the mountains. A lifelong athlete, he’s competed in multiple Ironman and World Championship triathlons and has summited iconic peaks like Kilimanjaro, Aconcagua, Elbrus and Denali. These days, he enjoys trail runs, mountain biking, rock climbing, alpine ski touring and trying to keep up with his wife and kids!

Claire graduated with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta in Edmonton in 2020.
Much of Claire’s passion for, and interest in, the field of physiotherapy and rehabilitation came from her own personal journey as an athlete in sport. She played soccer at a high level throughout her junior high and high school years and then went on to play CIS university level soccer as well. During those years she was inspired by the difference that a number of physiotherapists and athletic therapists made in her own life, both personally and from a rehabilitation perspective, and this encouraged her to ultimately pursue her own career in Physiotherapy.
Claire is passionate about partnering with and motivating people to reach their highest potential, regardless of age, current activity level or ability. She wants to empower you to move better and feel stronger in your every day life and help you achieve your goals; whether that be returning to play as an athlete or someone looking to get back to their activities of daily living. Claire likes to incorporate education, manual therapy techniques and strength and conditioning principles into her practice in order to treat a variety of different injuries and conditions.
In her free time, Claire can be found spending time with her family and friends. She loves the outdoors and specifically enjoys road biking, running and walking her dog.
